23rd DANUBE FAB Governing Council Meeting
The 23rd DANUBE FAB Governing Council Meeting took place online on November 7, 2024, and brought together high-level representatives from Romania and Bulgaria. In light of the evolving regulatory landscape, the Council focused on strategic actions for the 2025-2029 Strategic Programme aimed at enhancing airspace efficiency, safety, and sustainability in accordance with SES targets. The agenda included updates on budgetary planning, the expansion of Free Route Airspace (FRA) and SESAR projects related to trajectory-based operations. These discussions highlighted DANUBE FAB’s commitment to cross-border cooperation and the advancement of a unified and resilient European airspace under SES2+.
