DANUBE FAB @ World ATM Congress - Interactive workshop on Women in ATM

DANUBE FAB is hosting an interactive workshop on Women in ATM: A common approach to equal opportunities at the World ATM Congress in Madrid 2020. Succeeding the constructive debates on Diversity & Inclusion: From policy to practice at the “Europe for Aviation” stand at the World ATM Congress 2019, DANUBE FAB is keen to undertake the challenge of exploring avenues towards maximizing the potential of women in the European ATM.

Given the momentum we will engage in a dialogue on the attractiveness of the sector, the importance of role models, corporate perspectives and opportunities for collaboration on equal opportunities at European level. The workshop is open to all stakeholders interested in contributing to this pertinent discourse as we encourage the cultural change and empower more women to join in the aviation sector. The event is also purposed to foster the added value of InterFAB collaboration.

You will enjoy an interactive experience with concrete deliverables. Eurocontrol representative will moderate the event and highlight the Organization’s leading example in implementing sustainable gender balance, diversity and inclusion policies and practices.
